2026 Registration Information
Registration opens May 1, 2026.
All presenters must register for the Constitute unless otherwise notified.
The registration fee for the full Constitute is $365/person. One day only registration (Friday or Saturday) is $250/person.
Full registration includes Constitute resources, receptions, morning coffee hours, and lunch on Friday and Saturday. One day registration includes Constitute resources, and selected day reception, morning coffee hour, and lunch.
Registration includes individual membership in AGLS. Membership term runs from September 2026 through August 2027.
An $85/person fee may be applicable depending on which pre-conference workshop is indicated on the registration form.
Campuses with an institutional membership (paid for 2026-27 year prior to August 31, 2026) will receive a 15% discount code for registration and workshop fees. Contact the AGLS office if you have not received this code.
After September 11, the onsite full conference fee is $395 and onsite single day fee is $275.
Registration includes 2025-26 individual membership in AGLS.
Memberships paid for with the conference will have a term of September 2026 through August 2027.
Registrations received after September 11 or onsite will not include lunch on Friday nor Saturday.
Refund Policy
Full refunds are available if requested in writing prior to September 1.
After September 1, requests will be considered on a case by case basis — primarily based on date of request. Partial refunds might be approved.
Meetings Fun Fact: after the registration cut off date, associations are required to provide guarantee counts for food and other ‘consumable’ resources. We are obligated to pay for meals, etc. if you attend or not. Hence, even partial refunds may not be approved after the cut off date. Thank you for your understanding of this fiscal reality.
